HAMPSFit - a class for Amputees

This class is no longer running as HAMPSFit.

Unfortunately there weren't enough people to keep it running as an amputees class.

Instead, it has been incorporated into a Steady and Strong class these classes include very similar exercises.

HAMPSFit is a class set up for Amputees.  It was set up by the BodyFocus Support Group with a grant from the BIG Lottery Awards for All.  The class is taught by Floyd Foster.

The sessions are designed to help improve mobility, balance, strength and fitness for people with lower limb amputations.  Recently the class has been opened up to people who have conditions which may benefit from a similar exercise programme e.g. people who have had a Stroke or who have MultipleSclerosis.
