Personalised, specific training programmes.


Terri specialises in Personal Training for people with chronic health conditions and/or people recovering from illness or injury.


Short and focused programmes for:

  • weight management
  • fitness improvement
  • build up programmes following illness or surgery (post rehab e.g. stroke)
  • programmes to maintain independence and mobility (i.e. chronic condition e.g. Parkinson's Diseaase or Multiple-sclerosis)
  • combination of the above


If you are disabled and in receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) you may wish to consider this option as a therapy to maintain your mobility/independence.


Training can be arranged for the individual or for a small group of people with the same or similar objectives.  Sessions can be arranged on a weekly basis, fortnightly, every three weeks or monthly according to your choice and what you wish to achieve.
