Floyd Foster

Floyd is an independent Level 4 Instructor who teaches the amputees class HAMPSFit, set up by the BodyFocus Support Group.

Floyd also teaches 'Steady and Strong' Classes on Hayling Island and in Waterlooville and a class specifically for people with MS at the Nuffield Club in Portsmouth.

This session runs one afternoon per month on Thursdays between 1.30 and 3.30 pm.
