MS Drop-in Jubilee Hall, Catherington

The MS Drop-in is a support group for people who have been diagnosed with Multiplesclerosis.

The session runs on Thursday afternoons once a month between 1.30 and 3.30 pm at Jubillee Hall in Catherington.

Anyone with MS may attend and there is a voluntary contribution of just £3 including light refreshements.

The session includes an exercise programme and support for various aspects of living with MS. 

The sessions are supported by the Portsmouth Branch of the MS Society and also the NHS - an NHS Professional is also usually present.
