Our philosophy

At BodyFocus we aim to help you to help yourself to a better quality of life through exercise.  Whether you want to get fit, lose weight or improve your health through exercise, we have a range of exercise programmes which can help you.

 

We try to keep costs down by running a range of group exercise sessions where you can meet people with similar goals, needs and/or health conditions.  If you prefer to exercise on a one-to-one basis, this can also be arranged but is likely to be more expensive.

 

Many of the classes have been set up as a continuation to the Rehabilitation Programmes offered by the NHS and we work closely with the local NHS Rehabilitation Teams.  However, we also teach general fitness programmes as well.

Terri Bryant is  member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences and is a Certified Exercise Practitioner (CEP), so you can rest assured that you are in the hands of a well trained, experienced and competent teacher.

 

The British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) is the Professional Body for SPort and Exercise Sciences in the UK
