General Fitness Classes These classes are for those people who are keen to improve their fitness, strength and flexibility. These classes are designed to challenge heart, lungs and skeletal muscles. They are suitable for all levels of fitness as a variety options and techniques are given throughout the class.
Specialised Classes These classes are designed to provide a more graduated approach to improving fitness, health and quality of life. They are aimed at people who have a chronic condition such as asthma or diabetes, or for those who are recovering from illness, injury, or an operation. A referral from your GP, Practice Nurse, Physiotherapist or Cardiac Rehab Nurse will be required for some of these classes. Health Professionals can download a blank referral form from the Professional Section. Cycling Information on Cycle Safety Training to the new National Standards Levels 1, 2 and 3. Children, adults, families and small groups trained to individual requirements. Screening is required for all classes. The aim is not to exclude you, but to help me understand any conditions you may have and to help you get the most out of your exercise programme.
