Mobilise
This class is held in St Joseph's Church Hall, West Street, Havant from 1.30 - 2.30 pm. Please check the Timetable section for dates.
‘Mobilise’ is an active exercise class aimed at the older person, though younger people are also very welcome. Aerobic exercise is combined with toning exercises to improve mobility and give you an all over conditioning workout. If you haven’t exercised for a while and want to get started, or you want to improve your general overall fitness, meet new people and have some fun, this class may suit you.
The class consists of a low impact aerobic warm up, stretch and stamina building section (walking pace), followed by some standing and floor exercises using the Fitness Pilates method, with a nice long stretch and cool down at the end.
If you have a health condition, you may need to check with your doctor before attending, please contact Terri for advice.
Classes cost £3 per session and paid for a block (normally 6 - 8 sessions) in advance. I am unable to make refunds for classes missed.
