I have been teaching exercise for 28 years and am able to adjust and tune exercise programmes to suit any need. I teach general exercise to adults and children, but specialise in helping people back to health. I am also a National Standard Cycling Instructor.
As well as numerous exercise qualifications, I also have a BSc(Hons) in Health Studies, a PgC in Health Research and Development, hold the 7307 Teaching Certificate and am skilled in helping people to make changes to improve their health.
Professional development is very important to me and I am a Level 3 member on the Register for Exercise Professionals (REPs), please check me out on the Register. In order to help other teachers keep up to date I am also a Training Coordinator for the Graduate Network of the British Association for Cardiac Rehabilitation (BACR) covering the South/South West England .
